AT ITS 35TH ANNIVERSARY REASON CELEBRATES 35 HEROES OF FREEDOM Reason was founded in 1968 and in its current edition there is an acknowledgment of the progress made towards a world of "free minds and free markets". It quick-profiles 35 people who have advanced different freedoms in that time-span and is worth a read, from the obvious ones such as Nelson Mandela and Margaret Thatcher to a few less obvious ones such as Madonna and Dennis Rodman, and do read why John Ashcroft and Richard Nixon are included.
