Sorry, but EU Observer has an irritating policy on free content, so after a few weeks (or days?), it's no longer free. But the result of the poll inn question was that public opinion was most hostile to the EU in France, and no longer in Britain where it had perked up a bit. Not that the situation going to last, mind you.
